Splashball(Ages 3-9) & Aquaball(Ages 10-14)

SIGN-UP/REGISTER TODAY….NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED….SHOW UP ANY DAY OF THE WEEK TO OUR OUTDOOR HEATED POOL W/ BATHING SUIT & TOWEL (swim cap for those with long hair)….active popular program @ Joint Forces Training Base Pool in Los Alamitos, CA

***instructors will provide floatation equipment for those children who need additional assistance…in this beginner/intro program kids will learn basics of water polo including: swim technique/strokes, water safety, treading/staying afloat, ball handling/catching&throwing, strategy/offense&defense, teamwork/having fun, playing little games and working with others***

Splashball (Ages 3-9) & Aquaball (Ages 10-14)

6:15pm-7:30pm Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs, Fri =   $100/month or $300/session                                                               (unless you have a coupon/voucher from one of our promotional deals, limit one per individual can only be used one time)

**children can participate every weekday or just the days that are convenient to their schedule**

***first 15 minutes from 615pm-630pm there will be on deck dryland exercises for the kids, then instructors will have the kids in the water for only an hour from 630pm-730pm***

****the water temp is warm year round between 79-81 degees, however outside weather is a different story and parents kids should prepare accordingly****

*****parents are encouraged to stay the entire lesson day at least the first few times the child tries it out, after the comfort level, if the parents can not stay the entire time, we do urge you to stay a bit at the beginning and show up a little bit early before the end*****
